At Akula Organics, we strive to ensure that every product you receive meets our high standards of quality and freshness. Due to the nature of our products, particularly perishable items, we maintain a strict no-return, no-refund, and no-cancellation policy.
1. Returns and Refunds
We do not accept any returns or offer refunds for any products once they are sold and delivered. This is primarily because many of our products—especially fruits, vegetables, and other perishable items—cannot be restocked or resold due to safety and hygiene concerns.
2. Non-Returnable Products
All perishable items, including but not limited to fruits, vegetables, greens, dairy, and freshly prepared products, are non-returnable under any circumstances.
3. Cancellations
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, as we process and pack fresh items immediately to ensure timely delivery.
4. Exceptions
In rare cases where you receive a damaged or wrong product, you may contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may review such complaints on a case-by-case basis and provide an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.
